Customer satisfaction is our highest goal! That is why we provide each customer with a special link where they can view their finished announcement or invitation. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any spelling errors, wording mistakes, or image problems. We will not print your announcements until we receive your approval. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products.
If, however, there is a mistake made on our part (such as the wrong color of cardstock or the wrong finish), we will ask you to ship your order back to us at our expense so that we can replace it for you.
